Terms and Conditions

  • The full accommodation fee is payable on arrival and, should you leave early, will be refunded if the room is relet.
  • The balance of package deals is to be paid on arrival and will not be refunded if you check out early.
  • All other charges incurred (eg. restaurant, breakfast, phone etc) are to be paid on departure.
  • Rooms are to be vacated by 10am and unless prior arrangements are made, an additional fee may be charged.
  • All late departure requests are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Please always advise as soon as possible. Our policy are :

Peak Season- Four weeks or more notice: full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Within 4 weeks - at management discretion

Low & High Season - Seven days or more notice: full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Within 7 days: one days tariff
